Excellent service in past so decided to place a large order. Unfortunately had an allergic reaction to product which is how I discovered the 10% restocking fee and lack of help returning item. That didn’t impress me much.

I desperately needed toilet unblocker and tis was the only place that sold it and had next day delivery, AND used DHL, which was AMAZING

HOWEVER, when i was going through the purchasing process it said shipping was £5.00. I was charged £6.00, so i believe i am due a £1 refund.
