Fullis wholesale is the trading name of a company registered in England. Our postal address and registered office is at Unit 2 King Street Gateshead NE8 2YP. We are dedicated to your satisfaction; if you have any comments or suggestions, please contact us at the above address.
Making a purchase is very simple: just browse our selection and add any items you wish to buy to your shopping basket. Once your selection is complete, you will be asked for some details necessary for the completion of your order. You will then be redirected to a secure payment site to enter your card details, or alternatively you can use PayPal.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders over £85.00 are eligible for free delivery. For orders below this amount, there will be a standard delivery charge of £5.42+VAT. Delivery to the Highlands and Northern Ireland may incur extra charges. We aim to deliver goods the next working day after your order has been placed (Monday-Thursday inclusive.)
Should an item that has been purchased be unsatisfactory for any reason, we must be made aware within 14 days of purchase. The product can be returned and you will be refunded, provided the item is in resalable condition.
If items are received damaged or missing parts, we must be notified immediately (Unless the damage occurs whilst using the item, in which case you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to notify us and receive a refund or replacement).
All prices shown on our website include VAT. COSH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) information is available for many products on our website.
New credit accounts may be opened upon receipt of two satisfactory trade references and bank name and details.
Limitation of Liability
The Customer agrees that Fullis will not be liable for any losses or damage suffered by the Customer including but not limited to damage to neighbouring or connected items or premises, consequential loss, loss of business, business interruption or loss of time due to the use or purchase of the Goods by the Customer. Fullis will not be liable for any additional damage caused by the Customer’s failure to report a fault or defect in good time.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting Fulli’s terms and conditions. “Fulli’s”, “Ourselves”, “We” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
